Our client is seeking a Claims Team Manager to work out of their Manchester office, managing a team of household claims handlers handling claims on a 'desk-top' basis and acting support of external Adjusters .
You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses and technical output / quality assurance etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Claims Team Leader or Senior Household Claims Technician with good prior experience of handling household claims; someone that account management / responsibility & who would relish the task of being a focal point...View full job description
