An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Quality Governance team. The main emphasis of this role is to provide clerical support to the Clinical Effectiveness Team. This will include retrieval, tracking and distribution of patient case notes.You will be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent) and have RSA II typing (or equivalent), with previous office experience to include data inputting and word processing. Knowledge of MS office packages would be an advantage. You will also need to be able to prioritise, organise and plan your workload to meet varying deadlines. You will need to possess effective verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team and have a clear understanding of confidentiality.
