Reporting to the Club Operations Manager, your duties as Supervisor will include: * Assisting the Club Operations Manager in coaching and developing the Hospitality team to deliver outstanding performance and achieving targets * Day to day supervision and management of the department in the absence of the Club Operations Manager (Hospitality) * Ensuring the security and control of all cash and stock and being responsible for stock checks and ordering stock * Implementing marketing activities in hospitality department in order to maximise club profit * Liaising with the Club Operations Manager regarding visits from health and hygiene bodies and recording any action that may be required * Handling customer issues/complaints in line with the Company's customer care policy Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour The ideal candidate will already have supervisory/team leader experience, preferably from a hospitality or leisure background...View full job description
