We are currently looking for Co2 Welders, Brazers & Straightners Brazer/Co2 Welder tasks include: *Loading parts *Gas brazing and Co2 welding *Material Handling *Preparation of materials at work station *Communicate all material requirements *Visual check of all incoming quality and final product using checklist *Identify faults and follow procedure *Documentation of small breakdowns *TPM activities, cleaning and simple servicing *Identify problems with the equipment *Support maintenance department during breakdowns *Changing of spot welding tips *Discing parts to engineering spec *Rectify minor faults as contained in rework manual *Train other Associates on the job Straightner tasks include: *Loading parts *Straighten panels to QZ standard *Material Handling *Preparation of materials at work station *Communicate all material requirements *Visual check of all incoming quality and final product using checklist *Final inspection of body outer skin *Identify faults and follow procedure *Documentation of small breakdowns *TPM activities, cleaning and simple servicing *Identify problems with the equipment *Support maintenance department during breakdowns *Changing of spot welding tips *Discing parts to engineering spec *Rectify minor faults as contained in rework manual *Train other Associates on the job Due to the high volumes of applications we are currently receiving, unfortunately we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage...View full job description
