*** SERIOUS APPLICATIONS - ONLY ***Job DescriptionPosition: Commercial Co-ordinatorLocation: Warrington, UKReports to: Contracts & Operations Manager With significant growth planned in the UK we are expanding our Operational capability and we wish to add a second Commercial Co-Ordinator to work out of our Warrington office. The role provides support and assistance for all areas of Sales operations and Airsys UK’s Commercial processes. The Commercial Co-ordinator is responsible for enacting efficient business support processes both pre and post-sale. This role will interface with all functional areas within the company including Senior Management and directly with Airsys clients and business partners.  Specific responsibilities include:-          Carrying out general office duties necessary to ensure of continuity of the day  to day running of  the Airsys UK office.-          Working alongside the other Commercial and Operational Staff.-          Support the management of the BT OBASS/BASOL access system.-          Reporting on KPI’s for customers and management. -          Commercial support Airsys Beijing Finance and UK accountants.-          Dealing with clients enquiries over the telephone and by email.-          Communicating with the Airsys UK team on a daily basis.-          Dealing with quotations from Contractors.-          Supporting the compilation and issue of quotations to our customers.-          Gaining reasonable product knowledge to be able to professionally deal with queries from our   clients.-          Update CRM project tracking system and highlight early warning of potential delays or issues.-          Communicating with our colleagues abroad.-         Other projects as requested. Desired Experience / Attributes  -          Commercial Experience-          Customer focussed-          Team Player-          Financially astute-          CRM Experience e.g. Salesforce-          Report Management – MS Excel-          Competent with MS Office package incl.
