HOURLY RATE EQUIVILANT - £20.00 p/h - £25 p/h LTD or Umbrella OR £19.32 p/h - £21.47 p/h PAYE All figures based on 12 hour day and night shifts.  WHAT I NEEDI am in the process of recruiting an Electrically biased Commissioning/Maintenance Engineer for the Tamworth area. I need a motivated and driven individual who will be responsible for carrying out purely reactive commissioning/maintenance on Automated Machinery. This machinery will involve conveyors, stackers, wrappers, (de)palletising, packaging, pick and place, pick by light, aisle cranes, overhead cranes etc THE COMPANYI am yet again very proud to be representing an extremely successful engineering company who are based globally.Worth approximately £70 million, Ross' client provide a full turnkey service offering which includes the design, manufacture, build, installation and commissioning of their own machines which includes conveyors, cranes, stackers, palletisers/de-palletisers and packaging machines.As an added bonus to their clients, they will also provide all of the control systems and a team of engineers to work on site. CANDIDATE • Electrically biased • Being apprentice trained would be advantageous • Conversant with electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures • Able to carry out PLC fault finding • Maintenance and fault finding experience working on conveyors, stackers, palletisers/de-palletisers and cranes would be beneficial • Applicants with a background in automation, production, plastics, materials handling and conveyors would be best suited• 17th edition is a bonus ROLE • Testing equipment to see if it works in first month commissioning • Electrical fault find changing sensors, broken wiring • Mechanical - using a spanner, changing belts, rollers • Very reactive environment • Client wants to use the system straight away but might only be 80% ready • Will be 7-7 continentals when it's live • Plc basic fault finding • A lot of walking around the site View full job description
