Company AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of Administrators within a successful water treatment company.The Company are ‘key players’ in the water treatment industry. Since we began trading in 2013 the business has gone from strength to strength which has been facilitated by having a skilled and motivated workforce, managing our business carefully and from providing exceptional customer service. With a team of 30 nationwide we are seeking to appoint a motivated individual with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to join our small office team of 5 in Thornbury, working Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour lunch break. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration activities and to ensure we provide the best possible service delivery. The main duties will include:To deliver an exceptional service to our clientsTo carry out all works in a time/cost efficient manner.To collect engineers paperwork and type associated certificates and reports, to be issued to clients in a timely manner.To provide support to all your colleagues as and when required, including all levels within the business. This can include: booking hotels, issuing purchase order numbers, issuing work instructions and drawings within the Operations Department.To deal with client queries taken over the telephone or via email, issuing paperwork, reports and/or results as requiredTo help maintain the office, including ordering supplies and general light cleaningTo develop and promote the business whenever possible/practical.To abide by organisational policies, code of conduct and practice, and to work within a framework of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice.To be flexible within the broad remit of the postThe successful candidate will have:Good attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressureMethodical and thorough approach to workOrganisedGood at juggling tasks and prioritisingA great team playerA desire to show initiativeOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience or interest in accounts and financeWe are based in a rural location with no public transport, therefore a means of reliable transport is essential.
