The successful applicant will be expected to specialise in Compromise Agreements and will be responsible for: * Providing legal advice to Trade Unions * Advising on and signing off Compromise Agreements * Under taking legal research * Making contact with union officials - providing advice on a wide range of legal issues * Produce written materials to send to clients confirming advice * Keeping legal resources up to date * Keeping records of advice given/taken on company database * Holding seminars to share knowledge wit staff You will need to have Legal Advice experience, a good working knowledge of Compromise Agreements and Employment Law together with the ability to provide advice on a range of legal issues and build relationships with clients and union officials...View full job description
