You will be responsible for: *Handling and resolving queries from staff and residents *Walking around the entire estate each day and notifying Manager of any specific problems that require attention *Ensuring the tidiness of the development is maintained *Checking all internal/external lighting etc daily and changing bulbs as required *Testing mechanical, emergency and other systems weekly and keeping a log as required *Keeping management store in a clean and tidy condition *Inspecting and keeping a daily log of gymnasium, leisure equipment and notifying Manager of any problems *Regularly monitoring CCTV *Assisting residents with deliveries and holding keys for residents *Keeping a diary of all works and visits Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar position, good command of the English language and knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements...View full job description
