Gathers comments and facilitates closure * Formulate construction strategies and plans to support successful construction planning and execution * Represent Construction in Brisbane office in meetings, reviews, workshops and project planning efforts * Provide core competency/expert Construction consultation to discipline and the Site Team * Provide technical leadership for constructability, effective equipment use, construction process recommendations and during risk assessments * Recommends efficiencies in managing construction planning and execution * Provide organizational and staffing assistance to the Construction Manager * Act as a Construction technical consultant to the Site Team * Identify gaps/vulnerabilities in construction plans, tools, contractor performance, and recommend solutions/mitigations * Develop construction plans, provide strategy or give guidance on resolution of complex construction management issues * Provide expert functional input to construction methodology screening/selection * Review and approve Contractors site specific construction plans and other deliverables * Champion/share best practices and Construction systems/tools with Site Team * Conduct peer review of construction costs, schedules, and execution plans * Prepare and deliver training and act as mentor to Construction and Project Engineers Skills & Experience: * Prior Onshore Pipeline experience * Experience guiding and reviewing EPC Contractor's * Previous experience working in a 'hardship' location This is a contract position...View full job description
