Matlock - Permanent - 37.5 hours per week This position will suit someone who has previously worked within a call centre, contact centre, customer service, sales or administration based role.We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our friendly team as Contact Centre Advisor at our National Office in Matlock.  Our Contact Centre handles inbound calls from customers and hostels regarding bookings and general enquiries. Whether speaking to a family looking for a seaside adventure or a school organising an educational trip to remember, our Advisors ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a professional, friendly manner.  We are available to answer calls Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and between 10am - 4pm on  Bank Holidays. In order to be a great Contact Centre Advisor we are looking for people who can:*Quickly assess and understand customer needs*Remain positive, proactive and self-motivated *Communicate confidently and build rapport with customers over the telephone *Promote YHA and the services we offer*Use computer systems quickly and effectively *Put the customer at the heart of everything we do You work hard for us, so we work hard for you.
