Support the Consumer Support Division on issues of complaints and technical queries Implement and maintain SLA s in all areas To maintain an understanding of Trading Standards and Consumer Law and be able to facilitate Consumer Law training To be responsible for the handling of all complaints up to legal status To set staff objectives in all aspects of day to day activity, including appropriate levels of training to enable them to undertake their duties in an effective manner To undertake continuous improvement of all Consumer Service departments, systems and procedures Motivate a group of team leaders to deliver against team and individual KPI s Analyse operational data for resource forecasting and development of new initiatives Utilise gathered consumer data to generate sales revenue through new sales activities Managing and undertaking ad hoc projects to improve Consumer Support performance Conducting regular reviews and one to ones Maintain ISO accreditation, including updates of all supporting documentation Liaising with other Customer Service teams to ensure best practice and overall customer satisfaction Who we're looking for: We are looking for an experienced contact centre manager with effective leadership and management skills...View full job description
