Duties include: Handling inbound calls from customers Resolving customer queries where possible and escalating if necessary Place customer orders Sourcing products for customer orders Dealing with queries via email and over the phone Hours of work are: Monday - Friday with 3 weekly shifts on a rotational basis: 8.30am - 4.30pm 9.00am - 5.00pm 10.00am - 6.00pm You will also be required to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week.
