Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited [VWFS] is the finance and leasing arm of the Volkswagen Group. Funding products, for retail and business user customers, are developed and delivered to the Volkswagen Group retailer networks to assist them in maximising their vehicle sales and income opportunities. VWFS has grown year-on-year by continually developing its products and approach to managing customers. We are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Fleet Operations Team at our office in Milton Keynes. This role reports to the Fleet Customer Services Manager and is responsible for the effective operational management of a team of Client Services Advisors. The team are dedicated to providing support, guidance and effective account management to our retailer introduced Contract Hire and Finance Lease business. It takes on a 'hands on’ approach in handling cases of a more specialist nature that require in-depth investigation, sensitivity and negotiation to resolve. The role also ensures a quality branded experience is provided throughout the lifecycle of the contract in order to ensure excellent management of the customer, the contract and the asset, which in turn should maximise the potential for valuable report business. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have proven experience of working in a similar customer service orientated environment. Overall you should have a very strong capability for decision making and have a strong ability to manage and motivate your team experience preferably gained within a previous supervisory and/or team leader role. You should be an excellent communicator, used to working as a part of an integrated team and be able to deliver excellent results in a comprehensible and authoritative manner. A sound knowledge of VW Group Brands and VWFS product portfolio is also important.
