You will need: • Good knowledge and experience working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and property management companies • Min 5 years relevant management and/or supervisory experience in a relevant sector with a main contractor eg refurbishment, interior/exterior redecoration, small building works • Have relevant experience of managing multiple projects and site teams to deliver projects successfully, on time and within budget • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deliver successful outcomes • Experience of jobs with a value £10k to £500k • Capable of going to jobs and pricing works, some surveying and/or estimating experience would be useful • Good programming and contracts management skills • Resourseful, a good problem solver, capable of providing technical solutions • Able to supervise tradesmen carrying out the works • Good at liaising with clients, ability to develop and cultivate lasting client relationships • Solid trade background and qualifications are essential • Lively and enthusiastic personality, good team player • Must have a can-do attitude, willing to travel around Kent, London and the Home Counties For further details contact Richard Lee...View full job description
