This role will be a hands-on role obtaining easements for laying of cables and access by way of Deed of Grant, acquiring land for sub station sites either by way of transfer, or lease (including underleases), Deeds of Surrender or Variation and dealing with other associated property management work; There will be a high level of client contact maintaining a high volume caseload and in line with the time requirements set out in a service level agreement.
