ENGIE are recruiting for a Corporate Responsibilty Manager (12 months fixed term) to be based in London E14 5LQ. This is a temporary full time role working 37.5 hours per week.Standard office (9am- 5pm). On offer is a competitive salary.This is a management position within the Corporate Responsibility (CR) Department, reporting to the CR and Environment Director. The role will help shape the company’s strategic direction on non-financial matters; driving improvements and innovation to help achieve our purpose to improve lives through better living and working environments. Key Deliverables:Support the implementation of the operational governance and CR plans and reporting  Support the wider CR and Environment team with cross department projects and activities including how we maximise to social value across our business activitiesSupport in ENGIE Group level programmes and initiatives (stakeholder engagement / Duty of Vigilance requirements / carbon working groups)Collation of sustainability best practice and case studies to drive our annual reporting, external disclosure and internal reportingDriving improvements in environmental performance (internally) energy, travel, waste and water, biodiversity Facilitate development of sustainable Innovations working closely with procurement teamsProviding support for business unit CR leads and champions Influencing functional business areas to embed sustainable practices (HR, business development, procurement)Awareness of new legislation and associated opportunities Ongoing business development support Support in the preparation for external awards applicationSupport in the preparation for external / internal auditsThe position will to help drive responsible business practices across the organisation.  The role is reliant upon strong interpersonal skills and strategic understanding associated with implementing CR in a large business.The role will require a constant drive to innovate our service offering with key networking skills required both internally and externally to ensure awareness and access of market leading services.For more information about ENGIE please visit:  QualificationsRelated degree (preferable) Member of related association e.g IEMAAble to demonstrate continuing professional developmentAble to show further development in their management skills through formal qualification, training or experienceFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
