* Prepare and maintain product cost data * Report on quantities, valuation, sales and usage of inventory * Report on financial performance and manufacturing statistics * Provide analysis of variances with written comments * Ensure application of Division obsolescence policy, and identify problem areas * Assist management in the assessment of: * Plant capacity and usage * Cost reduction projects * Plant replacement and acquisition * Assist management with ad hoc projects as required * Support the Divisional Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual World Wide reports for the Division * Support the Operations Director in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual World Wide reports for the Division The ideal Cost Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills: Essential * Ability to interact with a variety of personnel * Able to work under time pressure and comply with deadlines * Familiar with MS Excel, financial systems and report writing applications * Clear and direct oral and written communication skills accuracy and attention to detail...View full job description
