This job as Credit Control Manager is a challenging role that requires an individual with an established track record of credit management, treasury experience and staff management.
Credit Control Manager Responsibilities: Setting up new client accounts Raising sales invoices and ensuring these are sent out as promptly as possible Following up outstanding invoices Monthly reconciliation for management purposes Monthly reporting for management purposes Treasury and cash management Constantly reviewing current office processes to increase efficiency within the office Daily reconciliation of client pre-funded float accounts Ensuring company clients always have sufficient float to cover their agreed minimums Contacting clients when additional funding is needed Monthly reconciliation of float accounts, client reports and management reporting data Credit Control Manager Responsibilities: Previous experience working within credit control Previous experience of building and maintaining solid processes and procedures Experience using Oracle Financials Organised individual with the ability to stick to strict deadlines Excellent administration skills Excellent reconciliation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Able to work well unsupervised Good Microsoft Office skills, especially when using Excel If you feel you have the necessary attributes as a Credit Control Manager to exceed in this role, please apply now for immediate consideration...View full job description
