Credit Controller (Temp 3 Months)Location: Waltham CrossSalary: A GBP 23,000 : A GBP 26,000 pro rataWorking Hours: 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday 9am:5pmAn opportunity has arisen for a Temp (3 Month) Credit Controller in our Finance department based at our Waltham Cross Distribution Centre.The successful candidate will report to the Credit Control ManagerDuties of the Credit Controller role will include:* Actively monitoring and maintaining the sales ledger through the collection of outstanding debt.* Analysis and monitor crate reports whilst keeping accurate logging of communication with RCS drivers and customers.* Prepare regular customer statements.* To act as the first point of contact to prompt query resolution in relation to debtor accounts* Contacting customers via the phone, email, letter and fax primarily to ensure payments are received within the agreed payment terms.* The daily monitoring of credit limits imposed on accounts within a personal portfolio and to ensure that they are kept within the guidelines.* Reconcile accounts and communicate accurate feedback to customers.* Provide monthly statements via various methods.* Take a proactive approach to maintaining a good working relationship with RCS external and internal customers whilst ensuring RCS Crate Re:usable Scheme is adhered to.Requirements of the Credit Controller:* This job would suit an (experienced 2 years min) Credit Controller who has a strong track record in chasing overdue accounts with exposure to all aspects of credit control in a fast moving, high volume business environment.* Working towards targets in a pressurized environment, you must be self:motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively resolve issues and build relationships.* Intermediate Excel skills will be required as an essential part of the role.Benefits* 20 days holiday pro rata* Free ParkingIf you meet the requirements and feel that this Credit Controller role is for you then apply todayReynolds is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
