The candidate should be extremely organised and methodical in the day to day management of the many projects they will eventually be responsible for but they should also be able to think outside the box and think quickly on their feet, utilising their own initiative.The right candidate will have an opportunity to become part of the fabric of our company and grow their salary/bonus and benefits through their own hard work and contribution to our ongoing success.We offer our Account Managers a Competitive salary of £16,000-£20,000 basic – OTE £22,000 Top performers £25,000+, uncapped commission, early finish at 4.00 on Fridays, and paid shutdown over the Christmas period.On a day to day basis your role will involve processing incoming enquiries and providing quotes for various gas and electricity works. You will then be responsible for following up the quotes that you send out and hopefully turn these quotes into sales. Once a sale is made you will be responsible for seeing that project through to completion. This will involve coordinating a number of companies and keeping track of the process while providing exceptional customer service throughout.The job will involve utilising various computer programmes and portals and does require the candidate to be good on the computer and have a good level of technological knowledge.Experience and Skills;Experience in sales, customer service or project management would be preferred but we encourage anybody who thinks that they can do an exceptional job to apply! Ambitious and self motivated. Competitive (to an extent) but also a good team player. Organised and a logical methodical thinker. Competent on a computer and using technology. You must have a good attitude. The atmosphere in our office is important to us. The right candidate should be easy to get on with and bring a positive vibeThe Role;Develop inbound, outbound and web-chat enquires into successful & sometimes repeat business. Build long lasting relationships with customers. Preparation of new quotes for a wide range of customers and assume full responsibility for converting those quotes into sales. Act as project manager for all of your successful sales and coordinate various companies in order to deliver customer orders as quickly and as smoothly as possible. All administration duties from start to finish. Log all data through our client management system and Keep all information and pipeline metrics up to date. Demonstrate & deliver exceptional levels of customer service consistently.
