Your duties will include: - acting as the primary contact for all escalated customer complaints - answering phone queries, documenting details and co-ordinating their successful resolution - completing a daily review of the complaints process - providing professional admin support to the Customer Relations Manager - day-to-day administration, including opening the post, maintaining the filing etc To be considered for this position, you must have strong customer service experience, including a track record of customer handling and dealing with complaints.
