If this describes you, then this role is for you.We’re looking for Customer Service Account Managers who are committed to managing and offering the highest level of service to customers and able to deliver the best service to their own portfolio of around 500 business customers.This role is about managing these customers on an end-to-end basis therefore drawing on your knowledge to answer any questions or queries and building strong, long-lasting professional relationships by offering a bespoke service. As part of that, you’ll need to liaise with both internal and external customers through their preferred communication channel, whether that’s via email, over the phone, at face-to-face meetings or by letter. On a day-to-day level, your role will involve making sure all invoices are accurate and sent out on time, collecting debts in your portfolio (and minimising our exposure to risk), and managing and resolving any issues. By being the trusted energy advisor and really listening to the customers you will understand the root cause of their queries and resolve issues at first point of contact - ensuring we do what we say we are going to do. If you can bring a real flair for looking after customers, our excellent training will cover the specifics in terms of our systems and processes.
