Ensure that customers are dealt with in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements which aim to protect the customers and the reputation of the banking group. The idealcandidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with customer queries with empathy and in a manner compliant with all internal and external regulatory requirements.This is a fast paced role and and the successful candidate will need to be articulate, have a proven record of planning and organising/prioritising own workload.
