Customer Service Advisor
The Company A fast paced and forward thinking business based on the Business Park in Marlow are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy Client Services team, ideally ASAP. This is a great opportunity to start a successful career within a progressive business. The Role You will be responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of accounts providing support to the Internal Account Mangers when requested. Understanding client needs and objectives is key to matching them with the correct products. Main responsibilities below: Responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of customers.Ensure all Customer requirements are met within agreed timescales offering outstanding Customer Service throughout.Ensure no business is lost through administrative errors or poor customer service.Handle all administration including contracts and invoicing, customer complaints and other customer reports.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments. Update internal systems with required information once the client has accepted the quotation.Create contracts, invoices and credits for authorisation by the appropriate colleague.Answer the phone in a professional manner - taking messages, quotations and responding to Customers as appropriate.Respond to email correspondence from clients in a timely, clear and professional manner.Create and submit reports when required.When deadlines are not achievable supply revised timings immediately. Prioritise tasks on a daily basis, asking for assistance when needed. About You This is a busy role that requires excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills. Key skills: Ability to deal with colleagues in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Able to establish rapport, maintain open dialogue and gain commitment and trust from clients.Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.Excellent team player who is flexible and able to quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure.Accuracy - the majority of work will not be checked, therefore, you need to work to a high degree of accuracy.Proactive in solving problems.Customer focused, can deliver customer service to required standards in a professional and polite manner.Flexible, adaptable and Self-motivated.IT literate - Basic MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
