Job Title: Customer Service Advisor   Location: BristolJob Sector: Customer Service/Commercial CateringJob Type: PermanentSalary: Up to £18,500 PAJob Reference: SS/18710 About the Company:A well-established, highly reputable and successful leading provider of commercial catering equipment and disposables based in Bristol. They are able to offer their customers the highest – quality products, comprehensive product ranges and a first – class customer care. About the Role:Working as an Internal Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to handle and process incoming customer sales enquiries, orders and any customer service related queries.  The role will be varied and specific duties will include: Processing and inputting sales orders in timely and accurate manner.Managing and checking the inbound sales email inbox for any sales order queries.Answer and deal with incoming sales calls to a highly professional standard.Provide customers with any product information – COSSH sheets, pricing or stock level enquiries.Proactively up sell by offering related products or current promotions to increase order value.Take and process pro-forma customer telephone orders and take card payments.Quote and process special item orders (non – stock items).Provide customers with copy invoices when requested.Take any warranty requests and send to purchasing.Manage and deal with any customer service related issues such as lost, short, late or damaged deliveries etc, faulty products and pricing errors.General sales and support assistance to other departments and colleagues as required.Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database. Key Skills/Experience Required:In order to be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you must possess the following:Strong customer service skills ideally gained from a product – orientated role.Experience of working within a busy office environment.
