Our client, based in Leicestershire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporarycontract until the end of June. Our client is proud to have a bronze accreditation with Investors in People and are one of the country’s leading charitable organisations.The position is due to start in immediately and is for 35 hours per week. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have working within a contact centreDuties will include (but not limited to):* Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls* Responsible for directing calls through to the relevant department as required* Resolving customer queries over the phone in relation to housing and repairs* Providing housing related support and advice to tenants over the phone* Dealing with customer complaints and escalating complaints to senior staff members as required* Making outbound calls to conduct surveys with customers over the phone regarding service received* Assisting with general administration duties in the office Knowledge/Expertise:* Experience of social housing * Experience working within a contact centre James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.    View full job description
