SummaryWe’re looking for positive, passionate people who know how to deliver excellent customer service to join our market-leading motor insurance claims department in Birmingham. What will you be doing?You’ll join a busy and dynamic claims department based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, just minutes from New Street station. A confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound calls, reassuring our direct customers or brokers that we’ll handle their claim with fairness and professionalism. Working closely and liaising with a number of external customers including field investigators, engineers, police and third party insurers, you’ll use a variety of tools to investigate claims. We’d also like you to build and maintain a relationship with either a large network of brokers or our direct customers.You’ll work a 35 hour working week on a rotating shift basis, between the hours 8.00am–8.00pm, Monday to Friday (and one in four Saturdays between the hours 9.00am-5.00pm).
