Bristol Uniforms Ltd designs, manufactures and services Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the emergency services. This is a clerical/administration role, created to provide additional resource and support to our small team as a result of a significant contract win. The role is based at our head office in Staple Hill, Bristol. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Job Description: • The role includes processing orders and liaising with our network of international distributors, UK Fire Brigades, and directly to end users. Clear, accurate communication through e-mail and telephone.  • As part of a small team the work may be varied in response to customers’ changing requirements.  Sales data reporting: • You will need to maintain and update relevant internal records, which may be accessed by the Customer Service Manager, UK Sales Director and the relevant International Sales Manager.  • Close working relationship with the UK Sales Director and International Sales Managers is required.  Customer contact: • A flexible attitude and methodical approach to work are fundamental, as is attention to detail.  • The ability to learn new skills quickly, work calmly under pressure and deal with changing priorities are key.  • You will be self-motivated and good at managing your own time to achieve the company’s goals for service delivery and commercial efficiency.  Skills required: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience within a manufacturing, laundry or clothing repair environment is preferred, but not essential. Strong IT skills. Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word. You will have a high level of literacy and numeracy.
