The employee will be provided with full training to enable them to effectively deal with potential customer queries. The role is based in a busy office, taking calls and liaising with clients/ customers, the duties will include but will not be limited to:- Taking calls from customers, clients, suppliers and people from within the office- Inputting data into our CRM system- Talking to customers face to face- Dealing with different garages and customers from a sales point of view, particularly in car parts- Updating any necessary customers details- Recording sales- Reading E-mails and responding correctly about client/ customers enquiries- General customer service related tasks View full job description
