PSV Healthcare Ltd's eCommerce division is looking for a individual to handle our Customer Support. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer emails, phone calls and online chat. The job involves customer pre-sales enquiries, after sales, complaints and customer returns. As the role requires good knowledge of products we stock and the way the goods are delivered, you will be required to work in and with the warehouse with our team to experience the ever changing product/packaging environment. You will also be responsible for data entry into our Sage system for which we will give you hands on training. Any prior experience in Sage software will be helpful. Your understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel along with Email is essential. You must have good spoken and written etiquette.
