My Client is the fastest growing in their industry and now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a six months fixed term contract. This person will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager.  The Customer Services department is in the ‘front line’ providing a service and the Customer Services Administrator is expected to use their initiative to satisfy the requirements of customers. Job descriptionTake responsibility for all incoming telephone calls to Customer ServicesDeal with enquiries received via the post, fax and emailSeek and obtain answers to customers’ questions.  This involves talking to Managers and Staff in order to obtain the necessary answers.  Resolve customers’ problems, which could entail arranging a credit note, organising replacement parts, requesting the return of incorrect products and arranging a site visit for our Technical Services.Resolve complaints and make return calls to Customers to inform them of the action taken and that the problem/complaint has been resolvedTake responsibility as e Customer Complaints Co-ordinator using the Company’s electronic Customer Complaints Procedure.Produce a daily report that measures the nature and level of Customer ComplaintsArranging site visits for remedial workArrange any small items required to be sent out on a daily basis.  This includes picking the items, packaging and sending by post or ExpressResponsible for ensuring work  is ready for Production to maintain work flowGeneral filing  Successful candidates will need the following skill sets:Highly organised with a systematic approachAbility to able to cope with technical informationExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Ability to work to deadlinesSelf motivated with a positive attitudeEnjoy responsibility Salary – £17k  Hours – Monday – Friday - 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm View full job description
