Due to a period of transformation we are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Duty Manager to work as part of our Capacity & Insight Team at our Customer Service Centre in Lincoln.  We are looking for a forward thinking individual who will support the Duty manager in ensuring the high performance of the team using your sound knowledge and expertise. The primary focus of this role is to be responsible for the day to day operational floor management of the Customer Service Centre, co-ordinate work streams and resource and take ownership for the delivery of Key Performance Indicators on a daily basis in the absence of the Duty Manager. In addition to this you will carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the Duty Manager and Capacity & Insight Team as required. About You:Bring your enthusiasm and passion for the role and we will provide excellent on the job training for you to be a success. If you already have a similar experience of working within a busy Call Centre/Contact Centre environment, then we want to hear from you! In addition to this, experience with Call Routing, Skills Based routing, Contact Blending, Staff Optimisation and Workforce Management software is highly desirable. We ask that you have a good level of education, GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) or proven literacy and numeracy skills; competency in Microsoft Office programmes is a must.  We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is flexible and adaptable to change.
