The Deputy Insurance Manager has an important part to play in: Reviewing the process and supporting the provision of information to brokers The design, format and management of the insurance procedures manual Management of the incentivised premium allocation Industry benchmarking Building relationships with the US to provide support and deliver bespoke claims MI Providing support, training and expertise on insurance activities Reviewing exposure data and format for the insurance market to ensure the Company meets best practice Work with the Risk and Insurance Analyst to develop risk improvement plans that address the key causes of losses Engaging with the organisation to support them in achieving premium reductions and bonus payments through improvements The Deputy Insurance Manager will have experience: Relevant experience in the insurance industry dealing with a wide range of insurance issues A good working knowledge of Global or major UK insurance programmes is essential Experience of dealing with and resolving difficult issues relating to insurance activities The Deputy Insurance Manager must demonstrate: The ability to quickly grasp the technical details of our Insurance structure and strategies The ability to work effectively within a team consisting of both internal staff members and external contacts e.g. insurance brokers etc. The ability to support and develop the Insurance Advisor and Assistant Insurance Claims Manager to strengthen insurance knowledge You will be educated to degree level standard & ACII qualified or good progress towards...View full job description
