To help us achieve our objectives, you’ll be working with key internal stakeholders, agencies and other third parties to ensure marketing projects and plans are effective, deliver against defined KPIs and are on budget and on time.  Through continuous optimisation, testing, reporting and analysis you will be responsible for delivering consistent channel growth and performance improvements.   A key focus will be to innovate through new channels, features and functionality and to ensure our marketing is customer-led but equally commercially focused.   You will also be involved in producing marketing forecasts and contributing to our wider marketing strategy. About You You are an experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking for your next challenge and wanting to apply your knowledge, skills and experience in a new setting. We are looking for evidence and a strong track record in: The effective management and optimisation of paid search, affiliate and display campaigns Knowledge of SEO best practiceRunning test programmes to continually challenge the status quo and drive insight and learningStrong creative flair with the ability to bring strategy and plans to life Up to date with the latest developments in digital communication and data-led marketingExcellent analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detailProficient Excel userIdeally hold a digital marketing qualification (e.g. CIM/IDM) About the Rewards We want you to love what you do.
