Your other duties will include: - Identifying and testing new targeting approaches to improve customer opportunities - Taking ownership of the development, building, execution, and the timely delivery of email campaigns across the group - Assisting in the segmentation and targeting of database information according to business requirements - Researching and developing additional databases for marketing purposes To be considered for this position, you must have: - Significant experience of managing direct marketing campaigns, including email campaigns - Database management experience - Experience of varied researching methods for building expansive databases to utilise for successful marketing strategies Additionally, as a Direct Marketing Manager / Executive you must possess an excellent standard of written and spoken communication skills.
