We are a fast-growing care provider and seek dedicated and reliable carers to provide exceptional care within your local community.Do you have a passion for care and are you looking for a job in the care sector, where you can really make a difference?If you are passionate about caring and think this role is for you, we are currently recruiting for Carers to work in the Liverpool area to jointly provide support to vulnerable adults in the community, this will include tasks such as provision of personal care and support to clients living in their own homes jointly with the Carers.  This job involves travelling from home to home, therefore being a driver would be advantageous, but not essential. You will be required to work with the Carers on a rota basis to meet the needs of the service users. No care experience is required as full trianing and support will be given.An example of working hours:Morning -              Starts 06:45am - Finishes 11:00amLunch time -        Starts 11:30am - Finishes 14:00pmEvening time -    Starts 15:30pm - Finishes 18:30pmBed time -            Starts 19:00pm - Finishes 22:00pm We’re looking for people with the following attributes:• Kind, caring, friendly and compassionate• A good listener who is patient• A happy ‘people person’ with a ‘can do’ attitude• Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, social inclusion, shopping and light household duties.Benefits and requirements:·  Flexible working hours·  Free uniform·  Free mandatory training·  Refer a Friend Scheme of up to £150 (T&C’s apply)·  Excellent customer service skills both via telephone and in person·  Attention to detail is a must in this role to ensure you work towards company policies and procedures, ensuring the quality of care standard is consistent throughout our services·  Career progression Successful candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check shortly after being successful at interview the cost of this will be met by the applicant.  This role has an exception under the Equality Act 2010 as you must be aged 18 or over.
