Driver What you’ll be doing We love our cars and you’ll be handling them like you’ve just bought one yourself, driving them to and from different locations. You’ll give each customer a pleasant experience, too. Turn up with a smile and treat them like a brother or sister – one you like anyway. Each day, you’ll wear our culture and values like your favourite jacket – don't worry, it’s a comfy fit – and ensure these are upheld by all of your colleagues. You’ll create direct relationships with Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, and STMs, as well as getting to know all of the sales staff. Role responsibilities – including but not limited to · Keep customer satisfaction high, collecting and dropping them off as required.· Collect and deliver, following instructions from the Logistics Controller.· Create condition report before leaving customers to outline any existing damage.· Complete customer handover and ensure paperwork is accurately filled out and signed.· Use petrol account cards efficiently – no trips to the supermarket, please.· Planning your route in advance.· Keep the service dump vehicle in top condition, alerting management when needing service or repair.· Run the car park with military precision so customers can always find a space.· Review loan and driver’s cars so they’re ready for the next customer, assisting with general car cleanliness checks when required.Who you need to be You’ll fit in with our existing team and culture by being a great communicator to both individuals and groups, enjoy working in an environment that can sometimes be highly pressurised, as well as having the flexibility to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work. You’ll be part of a wider team that all want to succeed but still recognise the importance of being able to get on with what you need to do.
