Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.As the Education Ecosystems Lead (EMEA), you are responsible for the recruitment, business growth and strategic management of Google’s thriving Ecosystem of partners. And our teams are dedicated to helping our customers — developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies — see the benefits of our technology come to life.ResponsibilitiesEstablish partner performance criteria and drive partners to support Google business through staff training and certification on Google products.Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services; develop and provide custom presentations on Google’s technologies to partners, to help them scale our joint business.Manage business performance of partners and map partner capabilities/priorities with Google goals and strategies to achieve business targets. Implement business reviews with key service partners and Google leadership.Shape Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders in Partner Programs, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing; support regional engagement with strategic global and regional partners.Mentor team members, guide their immediate and long-term direction and results. Work collaboratively with the rest of Google Cloud and other Google teams in delivering long-term value through these partnerships.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with public cloud solutions and hardware.Experience in a partner or channel manager position.Preferred qualifications:Understanding of Google for Education products, with direct knowledge of implementing them in an education environment.Experience in the EMEA technology sales channel or ed-tech channelExcellent analytical skills with the ability to build and execute on strategic plans.Ability to travel internationally.
