*Caseload Management To see 8 -12 candidates a day in order to build a meaningful relationship with them and help them overcome their barriers to employment To ensure all candidates are seen at least once every fortnight and are making progression towards a job outcome To average 1 candidate per week into sustainable employment Providing support to the candidate once they are in work Seeing colleagues candidates in their absence Ensuring 85% of candidates sustain employment after 13 weeks *Action Planning To ensure that that all candidates have an individualised tailored costed action plan from the first Work Focused Interview (WFI) Action plan details long term and short term job goals To regularly review and if necessary amend the action plan with the client *Job Search To assist all candidates with job search This will involve conducting job search via newspapers, internet, contacting employers and cold calling Preparing CV's and cover letters Coaching and preparing the client for job interviews Liaising with employers to source vacancies or to reverse market candidates to employers Essential Competencies Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide variety to people.
