You'll be a key member of the newly created Housing Solutions team at E.ON. We're at the forefront of designing, building and delivering innovative new approaches to some of the biggest housing problems the UK faces. In this customer facing role you'll be liaising with private empty home owners, Local Authority stakeholders and E.ON's delivery partners and contractors. You'll be managing the end to end customer experience, guiding empty home owners on their journey to successfully bring their property back into use.E.ON provides electricity and gas to millions of homes and businesses here in the UK. We’re also doing it by being genuinely helpful people and treating our customers fairly.Here's what you will be doingOperational delivery of E.ON's Empty Home package, including influencing external stakeholders.Work with Obligation Delivery’s Housing Solution Manager to ensure Commercial outcomes are delivered against and maximum learning is obtained.Agree action plan with home owner following technical home assessment recommendations.Own home owner relationship and track individual property progress to ensure that E.ON's Empty Home package provides an excellent pre, during and post installation experience.Work to speedily resolve any customer queries or complaints and drive commitment to achieve continually high NPS scores.Ensure that necessary quality standards are achieved at all times both from a technical and regulatory aspect.Develop and maintain high quality Safety, Health and Environment operational standards both in the office and on site environments.Continue to develop and maintain expertise in the Empty Homes market, building industry networks and value adding relationships.Identify and engage in industry forums and networking opportunities to actively promote E.ON's Empty Home package.Balance cost, learning, and responsiveness in the design and delivery of market tests and adapt approach accordingly.Mobilise and assemble project teams to deliver all/part of the customer journey lifecycle.Identify, influence and implement improvements to the E.ON Revive operating model to maximise efficiencies and cost effectiveness. What we need from youWorking knowledge of the UK void/empty homes market.Practical experience of void/empty homes housing management and repair in the social and private housing sector.Customer centric individual with the ability to understand and interpret customer’s unmet needs and turn into solutions.Ability to work at pace and with complete flexibility to suit changing demands of the business and as the role evolves.A full UK driving licence and willingness for regular UK travel.Experience of managing a portfolio of projects whilst balancing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels.Collaborative - evidence of ability to work across functions, sectors and regions, building lasting relationships based on mutual benefit.Track record of managing 3rd party service/installation partners to provide quality delivery.Knowledge of the HHSRS (housing health and safety rating system) and the Government’s ‘Decent Homes’ standards. It would be great if you hadIOSH qualification with construction management What we'll give you in returnWe lead the way when it comes to giving our employees more with our award-winning benefits package.
