General Description Pro-actively seek to establish liability and indemnity on all claims being handled at any given time Pro-actively negotiate claims Ensure that client/broker needs are met within agreed service level standards Effectively prioritise new claims and outstanding work Effective Broker liaison expected Essential Requirements - Substantial experience of handling Offshore and Onshore Energy claims gained within the insurance industry - ACII qualified or progress towards completion of insurance qualifications - Proven interpersonal skills (confident liaising with internal/external parties at all levels on a range of issues) - Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal/external parties - Ability to organise workload, under pressure, whilst meeting tight deadlines - Ability to work on own initiative - Experience of dealing with electronic claims files For more information or to apply please email...View full job description
