Ensuring innovation is at the forefront of all engineering solutions, you will: - Manage all engineers on a daily basis, including training, coaching and developing - Capacity planning all workloads within the department - Take responsibility for designs within the Integrated Projects Teams - Design and approve galley structure drawings - Develop the systems and procedures within the department to create a 'Lean environment To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: - An engineering background, working with aircraft products within the design office of an aerospace component manufacturer - A working knowledge of at least one 3D design software package - Familiarity with FAA and EASA regulations, and Boeing and Airbus working practices - An engineering degree A dedicated team leader, as the Engineering Manager, you must have the ability to motivate and manage an engineering department...View full job description
