Main duties include: * Manage and supervise the maintenance and project engineering teams including developing all members of the team * Ensuring machinery and equipment is used to full capacity, optimizing production including reviewing and implementing relevant preventive maintenance plans * Liaise with relevant suppliers and local agencies to ensure that energy usage is monitored and managed to optimum levels * Review plant operation to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities for improvement * Utilise computerized maintenance management system to track work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment.
