Job Title: Enrolment OfficerLocation: Banbury/OxfordSalary: 21,000 Job type: Full time - permanent Purpose of the role: S Knights Recruitment are currently recruiting for a National Training provider who are currently on the lookout for Enrolment Officers to cover the Banbury and Oxford areas. Responsible for assessing suitability of candidates and enrolling them onto Health and Social Care Apprenticeship programmes. Generating new business opportunities through new and existing employer engagement Duties: * The Enrolment Officer will complete all enrolment forms and additional paperwork as required, to meet Ofsted compliance standards * Conduct initial assessment and enrol learners ensuring eligibility and suitability for the programme * The Enrolment Officer will deliver against a monthly target of new Apprenticeship/QCF learner starts * Present the company to prospective apprentices and sell the services required * The Enrolment Officer will feedback regional intelligence to Business Development department * Support Health & Safety audit with all new employers * As Enrolment Officer you are to manage data entry of CRM and internal software systems * Diary management to ensure timely conversion of leads to starts across the geographical landscape of the business * Provide weekly reports on performance to Line Manager * The Enrolment Officer should be willing to attend events within working and after hours * Ensure all individual KPIs and objectives are achieved * Identify opportunities within employers and support learner engagement * Any other duties which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of Babington Business College and is within the remit of this post The ideal candidate must have the following experience and qualifications: * Minimum 1 year's current experience in an environment where there is direct contact with external organisations/customers * Minimum 1 year's current experience in a Health and Social Care environment. * Knowledge and understanding of employer needs * Knowledge about sales & marketing * Knowledge of apprenticeship framework * Knowledge of Equal opportunities * Full Clean Driving License * Good ICT skills, use of Microsoft office, word. * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work with clients at all levels * Professional - both in communication and presentation * Diplomatic - Engaging with Learner & employers * Self-motivated - Work as part of team and use own initiative * Dynamic - innovative and target driven (Thank you for your recent application, we always endeavour to give feedback to all candidates.
