Experienced Helpdesk AdministratorOur client is looking for a determined and driven individual to help drive the business forward in a busy service helpdesk department.The Helpdesk Administrator will play a key role in the service helpdesk department - participating in the entire customer experience and promoting a culture within the office that ensures the customer is at the heart of everything that our client does.Some of the key duties will be:Planning, booking and organising jobs for all engineersKeeping clients updated with all works carried outLiaising with the engineers on a daily basis to confirm all works are going to plan without any delaysProcessing all jobs for invoicingBooking appointmentsManaging the engineers administration Making sure all engineers have work booked in for every dayManaging paperworkThe successful candidate will have previous experience within a similair role, dealing with customers and engineers on a daily basis.
