Fleet Sales Manager (Regional) Based: Croydon, Surrey Our client, a well-known manufacturer-owned dealer group and leader in the commercial vehicle market, seeks a Corporate Sales Manager to head their dealer network's fleet, corporate and local business sales infrastructure in the Greater London area. The Role The Fleet Sales Manager's responsibility will be to develop the territory and corporate customer base as well as manage regional b2b sales staff and a central team of administrators with the objective of achieving business targets. Typical fleet products include new and used, passenger and light commercial vehicles (i.e. cars, vans, SUVs, MPVs and LCVs) across leading brands in the commercial vehicle and fleet sectors, Renault and Nissan, and fast-growing brand Dacia. Support services include manufacturer-branded aftersales (service, parts, MOT, etc.) from company outlets within the patch. This position is an integral role for our clients business. The territory covers South East England, including Greater London and the Home Counties. The Package As Fleet Sales Manager, you will be rewarded with a generous remuneration package including: * A basic salary of £36k per annum * An OTE of £70k per annum (uncapped) * Company Car * Fuel allowance, business and personal * Company mobile phone and laptop * Company benefits package, including Pension, Annual leave entitlement, Health care, etc. The Person For this role of Fleet Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Business-to-Business Motor Vehicle Sales Manager, with experience in Fleet or Rental operations and have demonstrable experience in: * Successfully managing an office-based team of fleet administrators, a team of field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Local Business Sales Executives at dealership level. * Being responsible for corporate sales and service targets, budgets, operational KPIs, headcount, marketing campaigns, appraisals, and performance monitoring * Managing existing corporate accounts, building new accounts and strengthening relationships with prospective customers locally and nationally * B2B sales and business development in commercial vehicle sales or car/van rental * Using Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook and reporting in MS Excel. * AFRL and/or ADP Kerridge / Autoline experience desirable The main base for this role will be Croydon though candidates will be expected to visit our client's other sites and business customers on a regular basis.
