SOME RESPONSIBILITIES Provide timely, accurate and high quality reporting of actual financial cost performance against targets to the Operations team management, with insight and analysis on how to drive greater effectiveness Work with the rest of the Commercial Finance team to deliver and enhance the Contribution P&L s of all regions and products Provide routine and ad hoc reporting to the business managers in a form that accurately and clearly articulates the key points and provides analysis & insight Work with the relevant Operations teams, such as Business Excellence, to define the key non-financial operating metrics for Operations with a view to driving effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction aligned to overall corporate strategies Work with various functions across the business to support the Operations teams in the planning, development, and embedding within Operations, of new products EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: THE MUST HAVES 3-5 years post qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional accountant Strong commercial acumen, as well as an understanding of key business drivers and how to manage against them Drive and determination, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fluid organization Self-starter, proven ability and desire to innovate Analytical experience in information intensive/fast moving business Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and proven track record of: ?...View full job description
