Bridgwater TA5 2HA  Workplace Solutions are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to be based at Cannington Court. Church Street, Cannington. Bridgwater TA5 2HA. The role holder must be able to drive and have your own transport as to cover between Cannington and Bridgwater. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. On offer is a salary of £19,000 per annum, benefit package plus mileage.General Overview:  The role of the Facilities Assistant requires an organised individual, committed to customer focused results. As this is a customer focused role the individual will need to be able to face up to difficult visitors and challenging clients in a diplomatic and tactful way. A good sense of the business priorities and requirements is required in order to remain focussed. In addition it is important to be able to focus on different responsibilities at once. Good attention to detail and an ability to assist with other responsibilities at any given time is essential. Discretion and a calm demeanour are also desired qualities for this role. The role will require effective communication and a willingness to help others wherever necessary. Reporting to Operations Manager.Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:To perform administrative duties for WPS staff on siteTo keep all records and recordings up to dateTo respond to any customer commentsTo control all on catering purchasing i.e. housekeeping, stationery etcTo record any incoming phone messages for distributionFrom time to time to act as a guest hostAssist other departments as requiredTo cover front of house reception during busy periodsTo support the facilities function in administrative tasksTo perform any other reasonable administrative dutiesFor more information about ENGIE please visit: Required Qualification & Experience:A high level of general education including written and spoken English and sound maths.  Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programsStrong spelling and grammar are needed. An ability to speak French is not essential but would be an advantageFull Driving Licence and Own Transport.Ability to travel between local sites in Cannington & BridgwaterFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
