International facilities management experience is essential:  Profile  This is a comprehensive role with the responsibility to ensure that all sites are managed within budget to the required service levels by: • Ensuring all office cleaning, maintenance, office moves and refurbishment projects are carried out for all offices and instructing 3rd parties where required • Continually reviewing  third party agreements • Ensuring all buildings are compliant with health and safety and fire regulations and regularly assessed • Ensuring property lease terms are complied with and regular contact with the managing agents is maintained • Ensuring required insurance is in place at all times • Being primary contact for all building maintenance and development matters and to be responsible for monitoring and managing the sub-contracts for amenities The Person Our client is seeking a candidate with facilities management experience reporting at senior level...View full job description
